Make a Payment 

 Making a payment is easy.  You can simply link to the company below that corresponds with your policy, sign in and make a payment.  At this time we are unable to process payments through our office via our site.  Monday through Saturday we are open to accept your payments.  We thank you for your business.

Many companies now offer electronic funds transfers at low or no monthly fee. I have attached the forms below.  Please complete the form and fax it to 513-871-8769  with a copy of a voided check and we will process the application for you.  Your carrier will notify you of receipt of this form and the amount of your deduction prior to taking it.  You should continue making payments until you are notified that the electronic funds tranfer has been set up with your bank.
